Mouldi Nouri, is an engineer and product designer who’s spent the last decade navigating the intersection of automation, and human agency.
His journey has taken him from corporate engineering floors to bootstrapped startups, and eventually to building systems that help individuals reclaim their time, income, and independence.
Data Centers Engineering Management
He served as Engineering Manager on hyperscaler data center deliveries for Microsoft and Amazon — running the team that coordinated $50M+ electrical scopes on under-8-month timelines so general contractors hit their commitments. Process and tooling at bidlight.com/bim-management.
? Career
He has worked as an engineer across construction, architecture, and software. His time inside Tesla and on the engineering side of hyperscaler builds for Microsoft and Amazon shaped his precision, while his own ventures sharpened his resilience.
He currently leads BidLight, an AI-powered construction estimation SaaS, and Prigmar, a content and operations automation platform. Both businesses are proof of everything he teaches.
Alongside those, he continues to manage hyperscale data center construction projects — Tier III campuses delivered in phased build-outs measured in tens of megawatts of critical IT load per phase — the discipline that keeps the SaaS work grounded in real engineering.
