AI is replacing jobs. Get ahead of it.

Turn Your Skill Into a
SaaS business you own.

Stop competing with AI. Start commanding it. Direct the same AI workers that would otherwise replace you, they build, serve, market, and support, while your skill and judgment stay the asset that can't be automated. Free Builder is the framework, the AI employees, and a community of operators doing the same thing. No team, no permission required.

Two ways to take the kit: a 206-page illustrated PDF if you want to read it yourself, or a 30-day AI crawl token that your AI worker uses to fetch the framework straight from our server while it scaffolds your SaaS. Same framework, same code, two formats.

// AI workers build. You operate.
const operator = {
  define: 'What you deliver',
direct: 'AI workers ship inside the scaffold',
  verify: 'Outcomes — not code',
  own: 'Every customer, every dollar'
};

// No code, no engineering degree
// No cofounder, no funding
// Just judgment + the framework

Same playbook · 4 products · 4 industries · $1M+

The framework doesn't care what you sell.

Proof: Tutoplus, BidLight, Tesla DGF, Prigmar. Same operating logic underneath, across 13 years and four very different industries. Below: two of them side by side. Same nav. Same pricing layout. Same machine running underneath. Yours plugs in next.

From Where You Are → To a SaaS You Own

Most people are stuck on the first square because trading hours for money has no exit. Here's the path on the other side — the one Free Builder is designed to move you through.

1
Income capped

Today: hours for money

One paycheck. Capped by the calendar. Vulnerable to AI compression and layoffs.

2
$0 → still capped

Add a parallel track

Day job stays your runway. Free Builder turns your expertise into a system AI can build and run.

3
Product live

The SaaS ships

AI workers build the product inside the scaffold. The agents you pick handle marketing and replies. You launch.

4
First MRR

Recurring revenue

First paying customer, then ten, then a hundred. Every subscription compounds — month after month.

5
MRR ≥ salary

You own the system

Recurring income passes your job. You graduate from trading hours. The business runs whether you opened your laptop today or not.

Who This Is For

Two ways in, one destination. Whether you're watching AI move into your work or hunting for a business spine that turns your skill into something you own — Free Builder leads to the same outcome: a SaaS you operate, with AI workers doing the heavy lifting.

The Professional Watching AI Take Their Work

You're senior, you're good at what you do, and you can see the writing on the wall: parts of your job are getting automated faster than your manager is admitting. You don't want to retrain into something you don't love — you want your skill to keep mattering, on your terms.

  • Your domain depth is the thing AI can't replicate alone
  • You'd rather direct AI workers than compete with them
  • You want a way out that doesn't gamble the mortgage

The Builder Without a Business Spine

You've shipped things — side projects, freelance gigs, maybe a startup attempt. The building isn't your problem. The structure around it is: pricing, marketing, support, retention, the unglamorous spine that makes a business out of a project. You want the system, not another tutorial.

  • You know how to ship; you want the business around it
  • You're done collecting tactics; you want one framework
  • You want the next thing to be the one that compounds

The Long-Game Operator

Where both of the above end up. Not chasing a viral hit, not flipping a side project, not gambling rent. Building something durable — that you own, that compounds, that outlasts AI cycles, platform shifts, and whichever job market you started in.

  • You're building for years, not months
  • You value ownership over visibility
  • You want a system you can actually live with

A Complete System, Not Theory

A 12-system framework, runnable in about 2 weeks of evenings and weekends. Six phases, each with a concrete deliverable, built with AI as the engineering team, not against it.

1

Define what you deliver

Identify the specific value your skill produces and who would pay for it directly. Output: a clear one-line offer and a list of people who'd buy it.

2

Ship the minimum that works — AI builds it

Direct AI workers to build the product against the Free Builder scaffold. You specify outcomes, they implement, you verify. No code knowledge needed. What used to take a 4-person team six months now takes one operator weeks.

3

Automate the repeatable parts

Wire in payments, support, transactional email, and scheduling — most of it AI-generated and AI-monitored. Every repeat task becomes code, so your time goes to the work only you can do.

4

Grow without hiring

Add customers without adding headcount. The framework is built end-to-end for one operator using modern tooling.

5

Charge for outcomes

Price for the value your system delivers, not the time you spent building it. Predictable, recurring, value-aligned revenue.

6

Built to keep

A business that runs whether you opened your laptop today or not. Owned, transferable, durable — and yours.

The Free Builder Flywheel — Structure, Service, Marketing, Sales turning together

The four pillars work as a flywheel. Each one feeds the next.

How Your Skill Becomes a SaaS

The framework has 4 pillars. You direct, AI does the work, the community shares what's actually working. Your skill, experience, or idea becomes a product people pay for — and stays yours. No platform owns the business, no service is required, every AI employee is swappable.

The 4 pillars — and who handles each

Pillar 1

Structure

You direct · AI builds

The SaaS itself: frontend, backend, database, auth, payments. AI workers build it inside the Free Builder scaffold so it comes out coherent — not a pile of one-off prompts.

Your job: describe what your product does and approve the result.

Pillar 2

Service

You design · AI renders

The actual value your business delivers. You bring the domain knowledge — methodology, rules, playbooks. AI workers render the service against it, every time, at scale.

Your job: design the knowledge once. I help you structure it.

Pillar 3

Marketing

You direct · AI publishes

Social posts, SEO articles, FAQs, help content — generated from the same knowledge base you designed for the service. Tool-agnostic: roll your own with Claude/GPT, use a packaged product, or scale into something heavier when traction shows up.

Your job: set the voice and what's true. Everything else is repeatable.

Pillar 4

Sales & Customer Management

You direct · AI replies

Chat, lead qualification, customer support — answered in your voice using the knowledge base. Web, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, email — whatever you actually use. The community shares the AI employees and prompts that are working right now.

Your job: decide what gets escalated. The rest runs.

Meet the roles AI plays on a self-reliant builder's team

The AI Builder

Writes the code. Wires the database, auth, payments. Builds against the Free Builder scaffold so the product comes out shippable, not a science project.

Pillar 1 · Structure

The AI Service Operator

Runs the actual service the customer pays for. Renders your methodology against each request — consistently, around the clock, at scale.

Pillar 2 · Service

The Social Voice

Posts, comments, and DMs across the platforms where your audience is — LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. Voice stays consistent because the knowledge base does the heavy lifting.

Pillar 3 · Marketing

The SEO Writer

Researches keywords, scans competitors, drafts ranking-grade articles, wires internal links, generates schema. Monitors search position and tunes the next round. The community trades the prompts that are actually working.

Pillar 3 · Marketing

The Front-Desk Replier

24/7 chat and inbox across web, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, and email. Qualifies leads, answers customers in your voice, escalates only what needs you. Languages as wide as your customer base.

Pillar 4 · Customer Mgmt

The Knowledge Designer (you)

Not AI — this is you. Your domain expertise is the asset every AI employee on the team renders against. The framework and the community show you how to structure it once, so the rest of the team runs it consistently — in your voice, at scale, around the clock.

Operator · across all pillars

Free Builder doesn't sell you a service. It teaches you the framework and points to the AI employees that work — so you stay the operator, the business stays yours, and the AI employees stay swappable.

Hi, I'm Mouldi Nouri

Engineer since 2007. Four products built solo over thirteen years.

Grew up in Tunisia, moved to the US in 2017. Four products built solo since 2012: Tutoplus (built in school), BidLight (the end-to-end digital construction platform for architects and AEC engineers), Tesla DGF (an internal automation system I built inside Tesla), and Prigmar (AI marketing agents). Four very different industries, same operating framework underneath. I'm sharing it now because AI employees finally make solo SaaS accessible to anyone with a marketable skill and a few free hours a week.

Let your AI worker crawl the kit while it builds your SaaS.

The 12 systems that hold Tutoplus, BidLight, Tesla DGF, and Prigmar together. The token lets your AI agent fetch every chapter, every module spec, and every file in the reference codebase directly from our server, so it can copy the framework structure into the SaaS it is scaffolding for you.

AI crawl kit · 12 systems · public

For your AI agent, not for you.

When your AI worker is building your SaaS, point it at the kit. It crawls the chapters and reference code on our server and copies the scaffolding into your project as it works.

  • 12 chapters fetched as markdown by the agent on demand
  • Manifest of 369 files shared between BidLight and Prigmar
  • Full MERN reference codebase, agent reads every file by path or pulls the zip

Don't get replaced. Get the framework. Own the build.

Free Builder is a community + a framework. We learn the system, we direct AI workers against it, we ship in parallel with our day jobs, and we help each other through the parts that suck. The framework, every PDF, and the code are free on this site — the community is where paid help lives if you want it, not a gate on anything you've already seen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Short, direct answers so you know exactly what you’re joining.

How long is the program?

12 systems, 12 chapters, about 2 weeks of evenings and weekends to ship the MVP, wire automation, and start selling.

Do I need to quit my job?

No. The program is designed to run alongside a full-time job. A few focused evenings and weekends are enough to ship.

What stack does it use?

MERN (Mongo, Express, React, Node) plus Next.js for the marketing site. You don't write the code, your AI workers do, but you'll see it, review it, and approve it. Free Builder ships a battle-tested scaffold (frontend, backend, database, auth, payments) so the AI builds inside coherent boundaries instead of producing a pile of one-off prompts. The full 12-module spec is at /kit-documentation/, and BidLight + Prigmar are the two production businesses that ship the same scaffold.

Do I need to be a developer or engineer?

No. You're the operator, your AI workers are the engineering team. You decide what gets built and why it's worth money, the AI writes the code, the scaffold keeps it coherent. You'll read code, not write it, the same way an editor reads a manuscript without typing it. Analysts, ops people, designers, domain experts ship with this. The 206-page PDF walks you through every layer in plain English with the working code annotated alongside.

How do Marketing and Customer Service get done?

Same as the build: AI does the work, you direct. Roll your own with Claude or GPT, use a packaged product like Prigmar, wire up Buffer + Intercom in the early days, or hire humans when it makes sense. The community trades the prompts and AI employees that are actually working — the framework doesn't lock you into any one path.

Who designs the knowledge?

You bring the expertise; the community helps you structure it. The "knowledge" is the methodology, rules, and answers that make your service yours. Designed once, every AI worker — whichever tool you pick — runs against it. This is the real work; everything else is execution.

Want hands-on help instead?

The community will get you most of the way. But if you want me directly involved — designing your knowledge into a system, looking at your scaffold, working through specifics — tell me where you are and I'll reply with next steps. No bot, no funnel — the email lands in my inbox.
