Welcome to Free Builder. These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of free-builder.com (the “Site”), the Free Builder framework (the “Framework”), the free and paid resources we publish (the “Materials”), and any community we host or link to (the “Community”). By using any of it, you agree to these Terms.
If something doesn’t feel right, please don’t use the Site. Email mouldi@free-builder.com and we’ll do our best to clear it up.
1. What Free Builder is — and what it isn’t
Free Builder is an educational framework and a community for people building SaaS businesses with the help of AI workers. We share methodology, templates, and code patterns that have been used to build real products across thirteen years and four industries.
What Free Builder is not:
- It is not a guarantee of business success. We don’t promise income, revenue, or any specific outcome.
- It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. For those, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
- It is not a software-as-a-service product itself. It is a framework, a community, and a set of teaching materials.
You are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.
2. The Framework — what you can do with it
The Framework is the methodology: the four pillars (Structure, Service, Marketing, Sales), the AI-employees pattern, the operator model, and the principles described on the Site.
The Framework is shared for the express purpose of helping you build a business you own.
You may:
- Apply the Framework to your own business, including commercial businesses you own and operate.
- Adapt and remix the Framework’s principles for your own products, services, and internal operations.
- Reference Free Builder in your own writing, podcasts, talks, or community contributions.
You may not:
- Rebrand the Framework as your own course or paid program and sell it as such.
- Sell the Framework, the Materials, or substantially-similar derivatives of them as a substitute for Free Builder’s own programs.
- Claim or imply Free Builder endorses your work without our written confirmation.
In short: build your business on the Framework — that is the point. Don’t try to be Free Builder.
3. The Materials — what you can do with what we publish
“Materials” means everything we publish: written lessons, course videos, templates, code snippets, scaffolds, the paid forecast document, and anything else made available via the Site, the newsletter, or the Community.
Free Materials (lessons published on the Site, free resources, blog posts, this Site’s content):
- Licensed to you for personal, non-commercial reference.
- You may quote short passages for review or commentary, with attribution and a link back.
- You may not republish, redistribute, or repackage them in full.
Paid Materials (the forecast document, paid courses, any future paid product):
- Licensed to you, the purchaser, for personal use.
- One license per person. Don’t share files — point friends at the purchase link.
- No refunds unless explicitly stated at point of purchase or required by law.
Code, templates, and scaffolds that we share for the express purpose of helping you build:
- You may use them inside your own commercial business.
- You may modify them, extend them, and integrate them into your stack.
- You may not republish them as standalone products, as part of a competing course, or as the bulk of a paid offering branded as your own.
If a specific resource on the Site or in the Community carries its own license terms, those terms control.
4. The Community
If you join the Free Builder community on Skool or any other platform we host or link to, you also agree to that platform’s terms of service. In addition, while you are inside the Free Builder Community:
- Be useful, kind, and honest. No spam, harassment, doxing, scams, off-topic promotion, or scraping.
- Confidentiality. What members share inside the Community stays inside the Community. Don’t repost others’ work, struggles, financials, or specifics outside the Community without their explicit permission.
- Your contributions. You retain ownership of what you post. By posting in the Community or contributing to any shared resource, you grant Free Builder a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, archive, and reference your post within Free Builder’s community channels and as anonymized teaching examples.
- Removal. We can remove posts, restrict access, or remove members who violate these rules or the platform’s terms.
5. Your account and conduct
If you create an account, sign up for the newsletter, join the Community, or buy a product, you agree to:
- Give us accurate information when asked.
- Not misuse the Site — no scraping, no unauthorized automation, no attempts to break security, no reverse-engineering paywalled or member-only Materials.
- Comply with applicable law where you live and where you operate your business.
6. Payments and refunds
For any paid product:
- Prices, refund windows, and access details are stated at checkout.
- Unless otherwise stated, paid products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you bought something by mistake or never received access, email mouldi@free-builder.com within 14 days and we will make it right.
- Sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
The “Free Builder” name, the logo, the Site’s design and original written content, the visual identity, and the specific structured expression of the Framework as published here are owned by Mouldi Nouri and his businesses.
Third-party software, libraries, AI services, and references included in any code, template, or recommendation carry their own licenses. We’ll note them where relevant.
8. AI tools and external services
The Framework recommends and integrates with AI tools and external services (such as Claude, GPT, Stripe, Skool, and others). These are operated by third parties under their own terms, pricing, and policies. We do not control them and cannot guarantee they will remain available, free, or behave as described at the time of writing.
9. Disclaimers
The Site, the Framework, the Materials, and the Community are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Whether the Framework will work for your specific business, industry, or audience.
- Whether any AI tool or third-party service we recommend will continue to behave as described.
- Whether the Site or the Community will be available at all times.
- Whether any specific income, revenue, or growth outcome is achievable.
Building a business involves risk. You bear that risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Builder, Mouldi Nouri, and any affiliated parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the Framework, the Materials, or the Community.
If we are nonetheless found liable, our aggregate liability for any and all claims will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Free Builder in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability — in those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Free Builder, Mouldi Nouri, and affiliated parties harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your misuse of the Site, the Framework, or the Materials, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) any business activity you conduct, including products you build using the Framework.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Mouldi Nouri is resident, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
14. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access to the Site, the Materials, or the Community if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or community guidelines. You can stop using the Site, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or leave the Community at any time.
