The Request That Changed Everything
You know how clients always ask for small tweaks? A client of mine once emailed: 'Hey, could you add a dark mode toggle to my portfolio? It would look great at night.' A standard request, the kind you'd normally scope out, quote, and schedule for next month. But this time, I didn't open a ticket. I didn't block out an afternoon. I opened our shared system, described the feature in a prompt, and watched my AI worker generate the code, test it, and deploy it during my coffee break. The client refreshed their site two hours later, saw the toggle, and didn't even ask if I'd changed anything. They just smiled inside their screen.
