Free Builder (“Free Builder,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a community and educational framework run by Mouldi Nouri to help people turn their skill into a SaaS business they own. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
One-line version: we collect the minimum we need to run the site, send you what you asked for, and answer your questions. We don’t sell your data. Ever.
What we collect
Information you give us directly
- Email address — when you join the newsletter, request a free resource, fill out the contact form, or sign up for a paid product.
- Name — when you tell us one (contact form, paid checkout, community signup).
- What you write to us — questions, replies, anything you send via the contact form or email.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We see receipts and customer records; we never see or store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp, page accessed) used to keep the site up and catch abuse. Retained around 30 days.
- WordPress cookies used to keep the site functioning (remembering form inputs, comment authoring, etc.).
- Aggregated analytics about traffic patterns. We do not match analytics records to personally identifiable individuals.
From third parties
- If you click through to the Free Builder Skool community, Skool collects information per its own policies. We do not control or own Skool data.
- If you subscribe to our newsletter, our email service provider stores your email address and engagement data per their policies.
How we use it
- Send you what you signed up for (free resources, course access, paid materials, replies to your messages).
- Send you occasional newsletter updates about Free Builder. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
- Improve the site, fix bugs, prevent abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations (such as keeping tax records on paid transactions).
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not rent, swap, or share your email with other companies for their marketing.
- We do not send unsolicited promotional emails on behalf of third parties.
Third-party services we use
Free Builder is run lean. The third-party services involved at any given time may include:
- Skool — community platform (skool.com/free-builder-8571).
- A payment processor (e.g., Stripe) for any paid products.
- An email service provider for newsletter delivery.
- Web hosting and analytics tools to keep the site running and to understand traffic.
Each has its own privacy policy. If you want the current specifics for any of these, email mouldi@free-builder.com and we’ll tell you what’s in use the day you ask.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we have about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of newsletter or marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link).
- Withdraw any consent you previously gave us.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Children
Free Builder is not designed for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we’ll delete the record.
Data retention
- Newsletter records — kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we don’t accidentally re-email you.
- Paid transaction records — kept as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years).
- Contact form records — kept as long as needed to handle your message, then archived for around 12 months.
- Server logs — around 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data — HTTPS, modern hosting, limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password on any account you create.
International users
Free Builder is operated from the United States. If you visit the site or interact with us from outside the US, you understand that your information will be processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
Changes to this policy
We’ll post material changes here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we’ll email subscribers as well.
