The only thing standing between you and a product is the belief that you need to be technical. You don't. You need to be an authority. You need to know the answer. AI does the rest.
Here's what you do this week. List your top three recurring customer questions. Write down the answer to each one as clearly as you can. Don't polish it. Just get it out. That's your content.
Next, choose one question to turn into a product. Start with the smallest one, the one you can build in a day. Use a free website builder to make a landing page. Use a form tool. Use an AI worker to automate the logic.
Then show it to a few customers. Ask them if they'd pay $29 a month for it. You'll get honest feedback. If they say no, ask why. Adjust. Try again. You can do this without quitting your job or renting an office.
The framework is free: a 206-page PDF or a 30-day AI crawl token. I built four products this way, and I'm not special. I just started.
Your three questions are already written across your inbox. They're already costing you money. The only missing step is packaging. Do that this week, and you'll be a SaaS owner by Friday. The math is on your side, and the tool is in your hands.
