The PDF is for you to read. The crawl token is for your AI worker to read. Same content, different reader.
The PDF is the 206-page illustrated kit. You open it, you read it, you run the 12 chapters yourself. It comes as a .zip, about 13 MB, plus the reference codebase. Costs nothing.
The AI crawl token is a token your AI worker uses to fetch every chapter, module spec, and file straight from the server while it works. You don't read the PDF. You point your worker at it and direct. Also free.
How to pick:
- If you want to understand the framework yourself first, take the PDF.
- If you already have an AI worker running and want it building now, take the crawl token.
- If you're unsure, grab both. They're both free.
Here's the cost. The kit is free. The paid parts on the site are separate: the $19 Prigmar program and the 3 week program are not the free kit. I don't have a number for what those cost beyond the $19 listed, so I won't guess.
The cost of waiting is the obvious one. You keep reading about building instead of shipping the MVP in the 3 weeks the framework maps out.
Start with the free kit either way.
